The multifunctional complex by "OJSC" Gazprom Transgaz Belarus". This is the office for  "Gazprom" group in height more than 180 m that will be provided with double - light spaces of lobbies and other premises and at the top of transparent tower there will be a multi-level restaurant with a review platform. Around main high-rise building there will be five buildings that will be provided with "A" class offices and "four star plus" hotel.

All the buildings will be located on 2-4 storey  underground and ground base – stylobate,  covering most of the total area intended for development. The  shopping area with boutiques, congress center with 1,000 seats with transformer-hall, that makes it possible  to carry out symposiums, concerts and other mass events. The main space of stylobate underground part will be occupied by parking zone for cars.

 “Gazprom” multifunctional complex in Minsk will be the final element of the new largest urban ensemble which is now formed around the National Library.

The Great Stone Industrial Park is the largest joint project of Belarus and China for decades ahead.

In a strategically unique place – the geographical center of Europe, at the junction of the largest integrations (EAEU and the EU) and the new Silk Road – a platform is created for high-tech companies from around the world.

The Great Stone Park is being built just 25 kilometers from the Belarusian capital: next to the future center are the Minsk International Airport, railway lines and the Berlin-Moscow transnational motorway.
